easytrac is a health and fitness tracking application developed by MaduLabs that allows users to:

• Track weight entries and progress
• Set and monitor weight goals
• Participate in fitness challenges
• View historical data and trends

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Health Disclaimer

easytrac is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise program, or if you have concerns about your health. MaduLabs is not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information from the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MaduLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. MaduLabs is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• MaduLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaduLabs and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MaduLabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
