easytrac is developed and operated by MaduLabs ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Google Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information solely to create and manage your easytrac account. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, Drive, or any other Google services.
• Account Information: Email address and name associated with your account.
• Health & Fitness Data: Weight entries, height, weight goals, and challenge progress that you manually enter.
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information, including data received from Google Sign-In, for the following purposes:

• To create and authenticate your account
• To provide and maintain our service
• To track your progress and display your data back to you
• To send you notifications (if enabled)
• To improve and personalize your experience
• To respond to your support requests

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data, including information received from Google Sign-In, is stored securely on Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled securely through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. Your data is protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction through encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your Google user data with any third parties except:

• With Supabase, our database provider, solely for the purpose of storing and managing your data
• If required by law or to protect our legal rights
• With your explicit consent

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data, including any data obtained from Google Sign-In
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below or use the "Delete Account" feature within the app. You can also revoke easytrac's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data, including Google account data, for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

easytrac is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
